Guest Reviews & Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, particularly being on the ground floor, were amazing but lacked coffee and tea-making facilities. However, the size of the rooms was a bit small, and being on the third floor without an elevator might not suit those with mobility issues. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and efficient staff who made sure our stay was pleasant. The location worked well for us, being close to Mount Royal, the old town, and surrounded by shops and restaurants, although it was a fair distance from the more touristy areas. The dining options were fair, with a decent selection but could have included more variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is in a wonderful location, just off busy Sherbrooke, right by the Musee des Beaux Arts, and a short walk to the Plateau de Mont-Royal. The rooms are clean and comfortable but need maintenance to fix holes in walls. The service was helpful and friendly, even though not very forthcoming at times. The dining experience is good but lacks inspiration, though breakfast is offered at no additional charge. The facilities include a nice cafe for breakfast and visiting with friends. The price is good for the location, offering value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, albeit in need of updating and better cleaning, were suitable for a solo traveler and well-furnished. The service was attentive, with staff being friendly and helpful. The location was superb, within walking distance to key attractions like Montreal's Fine Arts Museum and Mont Royal Park. The dining options, while offering delicious and diverse Mediterranean dishes, lacked freshness and variety. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement.
My stay at the Hotel Ambrose was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, while a bit on the small side, were clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming, although there was a slight lack of local knowledge. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The dining experience was satisfactory, though not included in the rate. The facilities provided added convenience to my stay.
The hotel offers clean and comfy rooms with very helpful staff, but the dining options are a bit limited. The location is really convenient, and the price is reasonable for what you get.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were super clean and pretty all in white, perfect for one person. The service was extremely helpful, and the staff were very knowledgeable and happy to assist with carrying our luggage. The location was ideal, close to Mount Royal, the old town, and plenty of shops and restaurants. The dining options were healthy and delicious, with plenty of good quality food to enjoy. Overall, a great experience with just a few minor hiccups.
